Fall Level 3 (4 week Session)

Classes meet MW or TTH for four weeks and last 30 minutes each.
Child is able to:
enter/ exit water using ladder, steps or the side.
fully submerge head and hold breath.
open eyes and retrieve objects under water.
perform a front float, jellyfish and tuck float for 5 seconds.
back float 15 seconds.
front and back glide 2 body lengths.
roll from front to back.
combine leg and arm action on front for 5 body lengths.
combine leg and arm action on back for 5 body lengths.
**No classes on Labor day (09/02/2024) make up day will be Friday 09/06/2024**
**No classes on Halloween (10/31/2024) Make up day will be Friday 10/25/2024**
**No classes the week of Thanks giving classes will resume through 12/05/2024
